He is survived by: his children, William "Sam" Hooker, Jr. (Eileen), Virginia "Sue" Slater (Daniel), Josephine Hooker, Scott Hooker (Alysha), Dustin Hooker, Nicole Hooker, Bonnie Hooker, Gabrielle McNeely (Matt), Evan Hooker and Albert Parrish, Jr. (Keli); his grandchildren, Christopher Hooker, William "Wade" Hooker III (Stephanie), Dakota "Cody" Hooker, Chad Slater (Samantha), Ridge Slater, Claire Hooker, Ryleigh Hooker, Joyce Hooker, Bradyn Hooker, Grayson Rayner, Maddox Hooker, Blayke McNeely, Bennett McNeely, Colton Hooker and William Andrews (Susan); his great grandchildren, Jackson Wallace, Kason Hooker, Bronson Woodruff, Blake Parrish (Kristina), Kourtnee Bradley, Dakota Redmond, Taylor Wren, Trey Parrish (Sarah), Abby Beatch (Ty) of Chandler Runyon, J. T and Kamden Runyon; and his sisters-in-law, Grace Gsell and Delores Unger of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by children, 11 adoptive children, and several long-term foster children, Foster parents, fostering over 200 children, and later became adoptive parents.
