She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Broadwater; her grandchildren, Robbie Whiteman and Mark Groomes; her great grandchild Sydney Whiteman; and her brother Thomas Beaver.
She is survived by: her children, Lucious (Chuck), Faye Stallings Groomes (Marvin), Denise Bradley, Laura Bradley Smith (Randy), Kathie Grogan, Shane Bradley and Fourteen; her grandchildren, Michelle Martin, Brandy Osborne, Mike Whiteman, Hattie Kirkland, Justice Groomes, Heather Woods, Shannon Yingling, Jennifer Hyatt, Christopher Rimmer, Jonathan Grogan, Bradley Grogan, Lynsie Grogan, Skylar Bradley and Beck Bradley; and her siblings, Sandra Barinowski, Laura Beaver (Lolly), Harriette Greer and Sandy Beaver. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
