He was predeceased by: his parents, George Fred and Eunice McDougal Slayton; his brother George Robert Slayton; and his friend Frances Wood. He is survived by: his friends, Elizabeth Blankenship, Mark Gann, Misty Gann, Susan Noland, Perry Wood and Mary Beth Wood.
