It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Walter New Jr. of Austell, Georgia, who passed away on February 23, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, James W. New, Sr. and Mary Houston New; and his brother Tim New. He is survived by : his wife Donna T. New; his children, Daniel New (Allison) of Acworth, Joseph New of Dallas and Emily New of Dallas; his brother Jeffrey Wayne New (Kathy) of Marietta; and his grandchildren, Noah, Elliana, Karter and Rosa. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
