He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Thomas and Thelma Holcomb Thomas; and his wife Betty Langley Thomas. He is survived by: his daughters, Peggy Harris (George) of Mableton and Patsy Nomvete (Thozi) of Austell; his grandchildren, Ty Gailey (Nina), Paul Harris, Will Gailey (Abbey), Hannah Pilla (Rajesh) and John Harris; his daughter Candace Cope; and his great grandchildren, James, Hollis, Madeline, Niam and Mira.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Davis-Struempf Funeral Home (1975 East-West Connector, Austell, GA 30106). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Davis-Struempf Chapel (1975 East-West Connector, Austell, GA 30106).
