It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Thomas Griffin Sr. of Austell, Georgia, born in Macon, Georgia, who passed away on May 12, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Alpha Griffin; and his children, Nannette Louise and John Thomas Griffin, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Griffin; and his daughter Sandra Chilton. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
