She was predeceased by : her parents, Jesse Sticher and Roberta Sticher; her husband John William Helms; and her sons, Randy Helms and Michael Helms.

She is survived by : her children, Ricky Helms and Pamela Reynolds; and her brother Wendell Sticher. She is also survived by six grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren.
