He was predeceased by: his parents, Payton and JoAnn. He is survived by: his significant other Joy Watkins; his children, Timothy "Blake" (Staysail) of Florida, Brandon Dale, Corben Wade and Chastity Maeann; his grandchildren, Sage Eli and Charleigh Irene; his siblings, Reita Jacobson, Wayne Adams, Patty Whitfield and Sheena Griggs Rolfe; and his close friend Garrett Rolfe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, cousins, and friends.
