He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Coggin and Barbara Coggin (Wade); his siblings, Ann Lane (Alan), Lynn Dowling, Lori Sands (Kevin) and Brian Coggin (Sarah); his wife Jennifer Coggin (Clayton); and his sons, Billy (Chase), Brandon and Justyn. He was also cherished by his wife, sons, mother, and siblings, Bill leaves behind his in-laws.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers for the services, donations can be made to the Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Foundation to help support their new facility dedicated to helping children in mental health crises.
