He was predeceased by: his brother Fermin Plascencia, Jr.; and his grandfather Celestino Plascencia. He is survived by: his parents, Fermin Plascencia, Sr. and Cristina Mendoza of Axson.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Relihan Funeral Home (164 S Main St, Pearson, GA 31642). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Paul's Catholic Church (4178 US-441, Douglas, GA 31535).
