He is survived by: his wife Sue Spivey of Ocilla; his siblings, Chris Spivey (Sylvia) of Blackshear and Rosa Marie Luke of Pearson; his cousin Stormy Arnold of Pearson; and his siblings' children, Josh Freeman (LeAnn), Michael Royals (Courtney), Collin Rodriguez, Elizabeth Mancil, Faith Melton (Sam), Summer Lauria (Brandon) and Benjamin Spivey (Taylor).
