With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Travis Shawn McCook of Baconton, Georgia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Travis left this world on October 7, 2025 at the age of 48, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Franklin McCook and Pauline Parker McCook; and his brothers, Dale McCook and Mike McCook. He is survived by: his siblings, Melissa Sharpe, Debbie McCook, Tracey McCook (Barbara), Tony McCook (Sharon), Ike McCook (Jenny) and Brad McCook (Kelly); his partner Dana Spence; his partner's children, Ariel Wilkinson, Logan Laird, Samantha Spence, Russell Spence, Robert Spence and Frankie Hillhouse; and his grandchild Ronan Fain. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home (410 E Broad St, Camilla, GA 31730). Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
