She was predeceased by: her husband William Neal; her parents, Richard Hershell and Doletha Holman Owen; her daughter Lisa Marie Dollar; her siblings, Robert Owen, J. L. Owen, Louise Wood, Bessie Cottles, Allen Owen and Dorothy Allen; her grandson Lee Busby; and her great grandchild Abbygale Dollar.
She is survived by: her children, Johnny, Dianna Dollar of Bainbridge, GA, Linda, Lynwood Busby of Savannah, GA, Hardy and Tracy Dollar of Colquitt, GA.; her sister Lorene Walden; and her grandchildren, Toni, Tim Underwood, Johnny Dollar, Jr., Justin, Tammy Dollar, Jarrod, Sarah Dollar, Daina, Juan Castro, Lyn, Shelly Busby, Leslie Busby, Melinda Bass, Kayla, Kyle Faircloth, Samantha Harden and Austin Dollar. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
