She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bloomer Hosey (B. H.) and Bertha Lee Alday Hosey; her grandson Kyle Ellis Crutchfield; and her daughter-in-law Lorelei B. Crutchfield. She is survived by: her significant other Glenn Howard Askew; her children, Ken Crutchfield (Patricia), Doreen Crutchfield Kendrick (Donnie), Karen Crutchfield Crews (Randy) and Tim Crutchfield (Flora); her grandchildren, Alison Jackson (Jimmy), Cameron Crutchfield (Jensen), Bradley Crutchfield (Tori), Stacey Worthington, Brittany Bellflower (Casey), Mindy Tomberlin, Derrick Crews, Heather Ramer (Allen), Cole Crutchfield and Kyleigh Crutchfield; and her siblings-in-law, Loura Hosey, Christine Shiver, Sarah Hosey, Linda Hosey, Alice Vann and Tommy Day. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Pine Forest Baptist Church (104 Pine Forest Rd, Bainbridge, GA 39819). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
