He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Mullis Thompson; his children, Kimberly LeDoux (David), Jeff Thompson, Mike Thompson (Claudette), Kevin Ray (Rita) and David Ray; and his siblings, Bob Thompson, Alma Strader, Anna Lee Thompson, Russell Thompson, Betty Douglas and Larry Thompson. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
