She is survived by: her children, Carroll "Eddie" Polk, Jr. of Donalsonville, GA and Travis Wayne Green of Bainbridge, GA; and her grandchildren, Marie Gilbert (John) of Brinson, GA, Beth Kelley of Bainbridge, GA, Marci Andrews of Donalsonville, GA, James Polk (Leigh) of Jakin, GA, Hunter Sanders (Dillon) of Slocomb, AL and Megan Salazar (Allen) of Donalsonville, GA. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
