He is survived by: his wife Linda Kaye Butler Todd; his children, Walter Franklyn Todd and Debora Jean Todd Riveiro; his grandchildren, Michael Todd (Brittany), Angela Warren (Bob), David Todd, Alyssa Dowdy (Derek), Mark Todd, Ashley Gee (Garytt) and Seth Todd; his great grandchildren, Cooper, Nora Todd, Ricky and Logan Gee; and his nephew Dan Todd.
