He was predeceased by: his parents, Quinton Webb and Leona Webb; and his siblings, Phillip Webb and Paulette Shelton. He is survived by: his wife Pat Webb; his children, Bryan Webb (Sue) and Connie Webb Creel (Tommy); his grandchildren, Mike (Lindsey) and Leslie (Caysie); and his great grandchildren, Millie and Maddie. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
