He is survived by: his children, Jesse Huckeba (Krista) of Bainbridge, Jennifer Huckeba (Branden) of Lake City, Brian Buckhalter (Marsha) of Bainbridge, Kenneth Star (Denise) of Donalsonville and Curtis Coleman (Teresa) of Macon, Georgia; and his siblings, Marguerite West (Charles) of Newport News, Virginia, Sandra Josey of Climax, Steven Huckeba (Linda) of Lady Lake and Keith Huckeba (Joey) of Fruitland Park, Florida. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Cadwell Chapel of Cox-Ivey Funeral Home.
