He is survived by: his children, Spence Ernest Bell of Climax and Stewart Lane Bell (Jen) of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his siblings, Maston Bell of Warner Robbins, Luke Bell of Climax and Donna Rackley (David) of Camilla, Georgia; his grandchildren, Catherine Bell, Salen Bell and Tristan Bell; and his sister-in-law Linda Bell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
