He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Collins and Evie Harrell Collins; and his siblings, Laverne Collins, Linton Collins and Jerry Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Sapp Collins; his children, April, Tommy McNair, Elayne and Zack Williams; his grandchildren, Ashley, Ryan, Brandi, Imari, Zack II, Courtney, Rebecca and Austin; and his great grandchildren, Jacob, Madison, Raegan, Zachery, Finley and Lucas.
