He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leo Jackson Harrell, Sr. and Mildred Eaton Harrell; his significant other Scarlett Victoria Harrell of Bainbridge; his children, Brandy Fowler (Tim) and Bryan Harrell of Bainbridge, Georgia; his grandchildren, Gavin Flowler and Corbyn Harrell; and his siblings, Leo Harrell (Vicki) of Bainbridge, Larry Harrell (Gloria) of Bainbridge and Eloise Wacaser (Steve) of Bainbridge. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Cadwell Chapel of Cox-Ivey Funeral Home.
