He was predeceased by: his father Leon DeWayne Culverson, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Helms Culverson; his son Cole Culverson (Leandra); his grandchildren, Adelee and Ivy; his siblings, DeWayne (Bobbi Culverson), Michelle (Jeff Shirah), Dena (Paul Maxwell) and Laura (Chris Hall); and his stepmother Rose Culverson.
