She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Hill and Mary Bullock NeSmith; her husband Thomas P. Long, Sr.; her son James Hill Long; and her siblings, Robert NeSmith, Ralph NeSmith and Louise Gilstrap.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas P. Long, Jr. and Robert French Long (Rosemary); and her sisters-in-law, Beth Starnes, Mary Ruth (Dan Harris) and Mavlyn NeSmith. She is also survived by her six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
