She is survived by: her spouse Hershell M. Chapman, Jr.; her brother Carl Purvis; her sons, Hershell Chapman (Tripp) and Trent Chapman; and her grandchildren, Haley Chapman, Hilary Chapman, Brian Mock and Heather Williamson. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
