She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Lewis Jr. and Hattie Mae Clark Lewis; and her siblings, Raymond Lewis, Sr. and Audrey Lewis Johnson (Tiny). She is survived by: her close friend Willie Flowers; her sons, Rodrick Thomas (Tiffany) and Chirkara Harrell (Shiquita) of Bainbridge, GA.; her grandchildren, Haley Thompson, Keylon Harrell, Ja'Zier Harrell and Jaihiem Roberson; Linda Faison.
