With solemn reverence, we commemorate Naomi Carter (Bainbridge, Georgia), whose life came to an end on July 24, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Eugene and Virginia Johns Carter; her husband Charles B. Elliott, Sr.; her son Richard Carter Elliott; and her sister-in-law Betty Ann Carter.
She is survived by: her children, Beth (Scott Mithen), Lynn Elliott (Chris Sammelmann), Charles (Keri Elliott) and Angela Elliott; her grandchildren, Tommy Mithen, Ginny, Tommy Yancey, Brian Elliott, Chelsea Elliott, James Dyke, Christopher Sammelmann, Justin Elliott, Morgan Yunick and Stephen Sammelmann; and her great grandchildren, Damien Elliott, Elliott Yancey, Madison Elliott, Breckin Yancey, Carter Mithen, Dominic Yancey, Roman Yunick, Summer Guenther and Tallulah Dyke. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cadwell Chapel of Cox-Ivey Funeral Home (502 S Scott St, Bainbridge, GA 39819). A burial will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at the Memorial Garden of St. John's Episcopal Church.
