It is with sadness that the passing of Phyllis Wilson Mitchell of Bainbridge, Georgia is shared. Phyllis, born on August 22, 1947, passed away on August 19, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond F. Wilson and Marian Marvine Peacock Wilson; and her pets, Roxie and Spencer. She is survived by: her children, Karen Rentz of Bainbridge, Cliff Dollar (Kellie) of Bainbridge and Mendy Yarbrough (Ansley) of Bainbridge; her siblings, Butch Wilson (Anne) of Bainbridge, Nancy Benton (Bill) of Bushnell and Marian Perry (Charles) of Thomasville; her grandchildren, Tyler Rentz (Maitlyn), Carlee Dollar, Dru Dollar, Ali Roberts, Ruth Yarbrough and Bolton Yarbrough; and her great grandchild Kohen Rentz. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, August 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Cadwell Chapel of Cox-Ivey Funeral Home, Bainbridge.
