With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert L. McSmith Sr. (Bainbridge, Georgia), who passed away on December 6, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Robert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bryant Funeral Home Chapel (105 N Florida St, Bainbridge, GA 39817). A reception will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
