She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Harrison Blalock and Emma Letcho Blalock; and her brothers, Arnold Blalock and Claude Blalock. She is survived by: her children, Roy Wattenbarger (Linda) of Bainbridge, Georgia and Lisa Kemp (Paul) of Bainbridge, Georgia; her siblings, Vaugh Blalock (Jan) of Kingsport and Wanda Forrester of Tellico Plains, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Justin Fuller, Brandon Wattenbarger, Michael Thibodeau, Jake Kelley, Kirsten Kemp and Dale Kemp. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
