He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Earle Johnson and Theolinda Johnson; and his parent Mary Lucy Blizzard. He is survived by: his daughter Selena Flowers (Mike) of Winter Springs, FL; his parent Tiolinda Johnson of Shreveport, LA; his uncle Thomas Johnson (Janice) of Inverness, FL; his siblings, Tom Kratz (Tina) of Port Orange, FL, Yolanda Kratz of Shreveport, LA and Deborha Darity of Shreveport, LA; his grandson Braxton Grasse; and his siblings, Dolores Marshall (Webster) of Milledgeville, Mary Ellen Phillips of Milledgeville, Jere Lynn Armstrong of Milledgeville, Eddie Blizzard, Jr. of Jones County, Jimmy Blizzard, Jon Blizzard, Scottie Blizzard and Mark Blizzard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
