He is survived by: his parents, Michael Kelly Small and Kellie Jennifer Small; his wife Jess Small of Baldwin; his parents-in-law, Gayle Neal and Tony Neal of Dallas; and his grandparents, Judy Jones and Dan Jones of Kentucky.
