She was predeceased by: her husband J. J. Lumpkin; her son Tim Lumpkin; her parents, Cap Brooks and Lura Brooks; her brother Charles Brooks; and her aunt Luna Jones.

She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Lumpkin (Cathy) and Tom Lumpkin; her grandchildren, Cody Lumpkin, Zack Lumpkin, Zoe Lumpkin, Zana Lumpkin, Jon Lumpkin and Sarah Wyatt; and her great grandchild Wallace Wyatt. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
