He was predeceased by : his parents, Floyd Tucker and Minda Tucker; his former life partner Bonnie Hutson Tucker; his siblings, Walter "Bud" Tucker, Curtis Tucker, Ronnie Tucker, Falmer Buckner, Marie Crye, Frances White, Edithe Ruth Giles and Caroline Buckner; his daughter Pamela Reynolds; his daughter-in-law Nina Tucker; and his sisters-in-law, Kitty Tucker and Debbie Tucker.

He is survived by : his wife Jennifer Tucker; his children, Joseph Tucker, Nathen (April Reynolds), John Tucker, Jr., Ricky Tucker and Susan; his son-in-law Bill Shuman; his grandsons, Damon Howell and Ethen Reynolds; and his siblings, Dale, Roe, Claude "Cotton", Bill, Lonnie, Wayne, Lane, Rhea Armstrong, Ozella Tucker and Ruth Tucker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
