He is survived by: his wife Janice Blackwell of Ball Ground; his children, Tiffany Blackwell (Andrew Hulsey) of Talking Rock, Toni Ashley Smith (Eddie Olaughlin) of Blue Ridge, Shannon Ramey of Marble Hill, Travis Ramey (Katrina Tilley) of Marble Hill and Matthew Blackwell (Jessica) of Adairsville; his brother Mark; his sister-in-law Pamela Blackwell; and his sisters, Cindy Holden, Leisa Ramey, Lynn (Kenny Chumley), Christy Blackwell and Stephany (John Castleberry). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
