He was predeceased by: his parents, Rueben Lee Penn, Sr. and Willie Belle Banks Penn; and his siblings, Wilda Faye Penn, Wanda Penn, John Wayne Penn, Ruben Penn Jr., Ronald Oscar Penn, Durion D. Penn, Guy Dale Penn Sr. and William H. Penn.
He is survived by: his sons, Charlie F. Penn Jr. of Thomaston and Brandon Penn (Latisha) of Thomaston; his grandchildren, Anijah Penn, Dhani Penn, Braelynn Penn, Braya Penn and Arize Jenkins; his siblings, Lucy Penn and Carl Penn of Barnesville; and his friend Charlie. He is also survived by his family, friends.
