He was predeceased by: his parents, Brice Campbell and Agnes Campbell; and his granddaughter Luna Skye Campbell. He is survived by: his children, Scotty Campbell, Tabatha Campbell Haddle (Jeremy) and Candy Campbell; his grandchildren, Colton Haddle and Mu'lyah Campbell Jackson; his former wife Karen Campbell; and his sister Debbie Wade (Edward). He is also survived by his niece and nephews.
