She was predeceased by: her parents, Monroe Bridges and Ethel Mae Scandrick; her children, Connie Rogers and Hubert Rogers, Jr.; and her sister Stella Jordan.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Rogers of Barnesville, Melinda Rogers Ball of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Deacon James Baker Jr., Leonard Lovelace, Sammie Shropshire, Jr., Dan Bankston (Allison) and Liam Bankston; and her grandchildren, Senior Chief Jathan P. Ball, Navy, Shaborah M. Ball and Nathaniel L. Ball of Fredericksburg, Virginia. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
