She was predeceased by: her parents, George Harp and Lowrannie Harp; her husband Willie Herman Underwood, Sr.; and her children, Angela Marie Foster (Underwood) and Willie Herman Underwood, Jr. (Jessie).
She is survived by: her daughter Susie Banks (Eric); her siblings, Charlie Wesley Harp (Jackie), John Earnest Harp (Gladys), Marvin Harp (Barbara Penn) and Jean White (late James); her grandchildren, Lavista Allen, Kenyonna Foster and Glentavious Parks; her great grandchildren, Quintarious O'Neal, Breasha Parks and Elijah Pierre; and her great great grandchildren, Zayden West and Jai'Ceon Smith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
