He was predeceased by : his father Louis Malcolm Seymour. He is survived by : his wife Tammy Seymour; his children, Jeremy Seymour (Ainsley) of Forsyth, Cory Seymour (Lauren) of Forsyth and Kristin Seymour (Grayson Givens) of Eatonton; his stepchildren, Courtney Collins, Madison Collins and Jacob Collins; his mother Marie Warner of Forsyth; his brothers, Melvin Seymour, Mervin Seymour, Blake Seymour and Lee Seymour; his grandchildren, Peyton Seymour, Ridge Givens, Lathan Mimbs and Olivia Seymour; and his former life partner Cindy Seymour.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
