She is survived by: her children, Dexter Middlebrooks of Griffin, GA, Gloria "Lynn" Middlebrooks of Thomaston, GA and Sherry Fagan (Carl) of Hampton, GA.; her sister Willie Clyde Middlebrooks of Thomaston, GA; her friends, Brenda Seay, Ann Campbell and Brenda Mann; and her niece Mattie King of Thomaston, GA. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, thirty-one great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
