He is survived by: his wife Chasity Caldwell; his children, Ashley Caldwell, Kris Guenther, Ridge Caldwell (Carley Rose), Megan Faulkner (Justin), Lyndsay Faulkner, Natalie Caldwell (Brandon), Dawson Caldwell (Kamryn), Harleigh Caldwell (Justin), Jillian Caldwell and Anslie Caldwell; his grandchildren, Alya, Kyra, Draven, Ava, Audrey, Beacher, Khloie, Kimberlynn, Kameron and Sutton; and his siblings, Johnny Caldwell (Barbara), Vanessa Caldwell Brooks (Bill) and Brian Caldwell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
