He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Murray Gardner and Dot Reid Gardner; his daughter Leigh Ann Gardner Brett; and his sister Pat Traywick. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Stanger Gardner of Bartow; his son Tre; his children-in-law, Jeri Gardner of Bartow and Ray Brett of Louisville; his grandchildren, Ty Brett (Porsha) of Louisville, Anna Brett Hadden (Jessie) of Louisville, Rhett Gardner (Madison) of Riddleville and Dawson Gardner of Bartow; his siblings, Connie Dozier (James) of Plains and Jerry Gardner of Cullman, Alabama; his great grandchildren, Mayleigh Ann Hadden, Bertie Rae Hadden, Tinsley Ray Brett, Bo Coleman Brett and Grady Lee Gardner; and his friend Panda Williams Arrington. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
