He was predeceased by: his wife Elaine Brinson Evans. He is survived by: his children, Wiley Clark Evans IV (Gwen) of Bartow, Matthew Brinson Evans (Terrie) of Bartow and Paula Francis Evans Stallings (Randy) of Douglas, GA; his grandchildren, Wiley Clark Evans V of Bartow, Anlee Ray Evans of Bartow, William Charles Hendricks, Jr. of Bartow, Matthew Brinson Evans, Jr. of Bartow, Hampton Wiley Evans of Bartow, Henry Lane Stallings and Joseph Brinson Stallings of Douglas, GA.; his sister Jean Evans Dupree of Swainsboro; and his sister-in-law Judith P. Brinson of Alpharetta. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
