She was predeceased by: her father Otis Odell Wiggins; her husband Robert Higgins; and her daughter Mandy Simmons. She is survived by: her children, Angie Dyal (Farris) of Baxley, Kristin Stevens (Jarred) of Douglas, Odell Higgins (Brenda) of Baxley, Allen Higgins of Baxley and Stacy Higgins (Tanya) of Baxley; her siblings, Cathryn Harrelson of Baxley, Vivian Griffin of Baxley and Bob Wiggins (Christa) of Amelia Island; and her son-in-law Ricky Simmons of Baxley.
