He is survived by : his wife Amy Thornton of Baxley; his children, Skyla Thornton of Baxley, Michael Thornton of Atlanta and Dylan Altman of Baxley; his parents, Ruby Joyner of Johnson City, TN and Frank Thornton (Hilda) of Baxley; and his siblings, Serena Dewitt (Josh) of Jesup, Kim Kishbaugh (Bill) of Greenville, TN, Teresa Jacobs of Baxley, Reggie Thornton (Jin) of Bulls Gap, TN, Sam Thornton of Baxley and Neil Schuman (Cali) of Blackshear. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
