He was predeceased by: his wife Julie Buffkin; his brother Jimmy Buffkin; and his grandmother Willie Ina Carter Woods. He is survived by: his daughters, Kacey Buffkin of Baxley and Lacey Griffin (Colby) of Baxley; his parents, Kathy Rozier (Dee) of Odum and James Earl Buffkin of Baxley; and his niece Whysper Keane (Kelon). He is also survived by three nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Buffkin Residence (5993 10 Mile Rd, Baxley, GA 31513).
