He is survived by: his wife Donna Self; his daughters, Chasidy Clark (Tyler Clark) and Bridgette Bell (Andrew Bell); his grandchildren, Hadley Clark, Eliza Clark and Rilynn Bell; and his siblings, David (Jackie Self), Angela Self, Leah (Anthony Fortner) and Junior (Carla Self). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
