He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Glenn, Eteen Herndon, J. D. and Letha Tomberlin. He is survived by: his children, Moni Tomberlin Anderson (Ty) and Seth Sikes; his parents, Lynn Herndon Moody (Bub) and James R. Tomberlin (Marla); and his siblings, Alicia L. Bowers (Lynn), Shafia Freeman (Darvon), Nesbitt Gignilliat (Ted) and Brent Tomberlin (Morgan). He is also survived by five nieces and two nephews.
