He was predeceased by: his parents, George Thomas Lewis and Annie Orvin Lewis; his stepdaughter Stephanie Dominy; and his siblings, Maggie Lee Sellers, Loyce Smith, Katie Mae Jones, Robert Lee Lewis, James Lewis, Donald Lewis, Carroll Lewis, Walter Marion Lewis and David Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Bonita Hallman Lewis of Baxley; his stepdaughter Jessica Howell-Wayt (Wayne) of Houston, TX; his sisters, Ann Vincent of Douglas and Brenda Barbos of Romania; and his stepgrandchildren, Tasha Oxendine (Joe), Tabitha Buck, Gregory Spell, Joey Spell (Brittany), Brianna Trudell (Eric), Brittany Hardee, Aubrey Howell and Ava Howell.
